10:00 AM sharp (Sauna opens at 9am running until noon)
Sauna runs on first come, first serve basis
$20 per person (of which $5 gets donated to Women’s & Children’s Shelter Cythera House!)

Parking at Davidson’s Pool South is limited.
• Look for the RED SIGN for overflow parking at 128 Ave & 128 Cres
* Our official Cold Plunge Shuttle will be running until 9:50 AM
