Shipping policy

We ship our products within Canada and the United States only. We reserve the right to choose any of the common shipping carriers regardless of the shipping method chosen. Our standard carriers are Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.

The orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping times and costs shown on the check out page. If the automatic shipping cost calculator charged too much compared the the actual shipping and handling cost, we will refund the difference.

Note that the shipping times may vary and we are not responsible for any delays by 3rd parties.

For sales to the USA - Any possible duties, tariffs, and fees charged by others after the shipping are the customer's responsibility. Our pricing includes the initial duties and fees. Possible delays due to customs are out of our control and are not our responsibility.

No returns are accepted unless ordered products are damaged. We are not liable for unlikely events like when products melt during 3rd party transportation from us to our customers.
